Services

Wintergreen Services provides lawn care, property maintenance, seasonal cleanup, aeration, dethatching, and related outdoor services. Services are performed as agreed upon in estimates, contracts, or invoices.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on visible property conditions. Prices may change if:

  • Property size differs from provided information

  • Excessive debris or overgrowth is present

  • Hidden obstacles interfere with service

  • Additional requested services are added

We will communicate any price changes before completing additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice unless otherwise agreed.

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Card payments

  • Online payments (if applicable)

Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Service suspension

  • Collection action if unpaid

Scheduling and Weather

Service dates may change due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Safety concerns

We will reschedule service as soon as reasonably possible.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to service areas

  • Remove obstacles (toys, hoses, furniture, pet waste, etc.)

  • Mark underground hazards or invisible dog fences

  • Inform us of irrigation systems or hidden objects

Wintergreen Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

Property Damage

While we take great care, accidental damage may occur. Customers must report any concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Weak turf conditions

  • Damage caused by hidden obstacles

  • Natural turf stress after dethatching or aeration

Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Harassment or threatening behavior

  • Non-payment

  • Repeated cancellations

Limitation of Liability

Wintergreen Services is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to services provided.

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service performed.
